The Information we collect
The types of personal information collected at our website include Name, Address, Email address, Phone number. This includes third party’s address in scenario such as delivering the products to a different address of another recipient.
The way we use information
Information (in the above as mentioned) that you provide will only be used to complete that order that you placed. We do not share this information in any way with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order for instance a courier service.
Any contact with customer with regards to the order placed, will be either via email address or phone number provided by the customer. Such information will not be shared with any third parties.
For inquiries via Contact Us page, the way information is handled is the same as stated in this section.
For signups of an account, your information such as your email address and password will not be shared in any way with other parties.
We do not share any information that is provided to us by our customers in any way to other third parties, or used in any way unrelated to the ones described above.

Accessing all your personally identifiable information could be done by logging in and clicking on “My Account” in the above menu. By using this site, you consent the acceptance of this privacy policy, and that you have read and understand with full knowledge of it. Purchases
Purchase limit restriction
In the area of pre-ordering or in store purchases, each item is allocated with a quantity limit restriction per customer for each purchase. In the event where we discover there is a duplication of orders or creation of multiple accounts to circumvent this quantity limit restriction, the duplicated orders will be cancelled. Continued violation may result in disciplinary action such as account closure, with all open orders cancelled, and may also be banned from using our site.
In addition, if we discover payments originating from individuals other than the account owner, all accounts involved may be determined to be duplicates and may be closed without warning.
Pre-orders
Pre-ordering at Toy Beat
Pre-ordering in the line of collectibles such as action figures, figures and statues is a common occurrence. At Toy Beat, our customers are required to pay in FULL for the figure when checking out at our website. We are doing it this way as we want to promote the sense and culture of ownership of collectibles in Singapore.
By paying the total amount, this will mean that your order is confirmed and guaranteed.
Toy Beat as the retailer will definitely fulfil your order as long as you collect the item within 2 weeks from the time the item arrives.
Customers at Toy Beat are required to make payment for their items on our website either via Paypal (instant payment) or via Bank Transfer with a payment deadline of 3 days after pre-ordering.
Any form of payment made for pre-order items will not be refunded in anyway unless the release of the particular pre-order item(s) is being cancelled or cases determined to be exceptional by Toy Beat.
Any form of payment made for pre-order items are also not transferable in any way.
Order Cancellations
We generally do not accept cancellations for confirmed orders. Please only place an order if you are sure about your purchase.
We do not accept requests for refunds, regardless of the any form of payment unless it is deemed necessary by Toy Beat. All cancellations are dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
Exchange/Returns
Our return/exchange policy is as follows:
- Returns and exchanged to be made within 3 days
- Product(s) has to be in its original, undamaged packaging with the unbroken factory seal(s)
- Receipt to be presented for verification purposes
Do note we do not offer exchanges or refunds for common and known irregularities that should not be considered as defects. They include but are not limited to the following:
- Paint application issues such as minor stains or smudges
- Inconsistencies between the prototype shown in product images and the actual product
- Item packaging damaged caused by goods transit and/or postal services
- Manufacturing defect or Quality Control (QC) issues
In the case where we are required to provide you with a refund for your cancelled/returned order please note that:
- We do not refund any difference in exchange rates from the time the credit card on your account has been charged to the time you receive your refund; and
- We are not responsible for reimbursing you for any conversions fees or bank charges you may incur.
- We do not refund any fees, such as Paypal charges, that may be incurred as a result of the transaction(s) for your order
Product Cancellations
In the event of a product cancellation by a manufacturer, Toy Beat will issue refunds for the product(s) affected. If the amount was paid via Bank Transfer, 100% of the amount will be refunded.
However, if the amount has been paid via Paypal, relevant charges will be applied to the refund.
Product’s Packaging Condition
Toy Beat will do our very best to ensure the products are handled well as we have our own facilities to store products in the best condition and we also have experienced personnel that has comprehensive knowledge with regards to goods handling.
Due to the nature of transit these days, it is very difficult to guarantee all the shipments we have will arrive 100% perfect.
Therefore, some of the packaging of the product we receive may see light wear and tear during transit such as minor creases, dents, scrapes and stress marks. Such cases will not be eligible for exchanges or compensation, as those are reserved for orders with severe damage.
Product Damage/Spoilt/Not Functioning as intended/Missing Parts
Toy Beat does not sell products that are damaged during transit.
However, if the product packaging is fine but the product is damaged, spoilt, not functioning as intended or missing parts, Toy Beat will launch an investigation to find the cause of damage. All such cases should be reported within 3 days after receiving the item(s) and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
If the damage is deemed to a manufacturing problem (in the above cases),
• Toy Beat will give a 5% coupon/Beats point for the customer that would be possible to use in his/her next transaction.

• Any exchanges will be subjected to manufacturers/suppliers final decision.
If the damage is deemed not to be a manufacturing problem but due to external causes,
• Toy Beat will not be required to provide any form of compensation.
For any returns or exchanges approved by the manufacturers/suppliers, the item(s) sent back to us, and its packaging, should not have been damaged, tempered and that any labels, stickers or parts should be intact.
In Store
The terms of this section adheres and follows the preceding section of Pre-orders.
Product Pricing
In the event that the product listed contains typographical errors or inaccuracies or omissions in terms of its availability, pricing, promotions or information provided by manufacturers or our suppliers, Toy Beat reserves the right to correct and to change or update information at any time. Toy Beat shall also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at any time without prior notice that is due to product matters listed in this section. Full refund would be given if necessary or when the need arises.
Beats Point System
All Beats points that exist within Toy Beat and its allocation to a particular item is at the sole discretion of Toy Beat. Toy Beat does not entertain negotiations or trading or any form of transference Beats points.
Toy Beat reserves the right to correct and to change or update any Beats allocation due to typographical errors at any time.
The usage of Beats points are strictly within the confines of the “checking out” component of Toy Beat’s website. It is not valid or usable in any other mediums.
