Do I need an account to place orders?
You do not need an account to check to place an order. However, by signing up for an account, you can immediately start to earn points (Beats) to offset your future purchases. Signing up for an account is free as well. Click here for signups!
Do I have to pay a deposit for my order?
At Toy Beat, we do not have a deposit system. By paying upfront for the items in full, you do not have to worry about any potential price inflations.
Can I cancel my order?
We generally do not accept cancellations for confirmed orders. Please only place an order if you are sure about your purchase.
However, please notify us as soon as possible if you are absolutely in need of a cancellation.
Note that the cancellations will remain in your account history, and frequent cancellations might affect your account status with us in terms of purchasing items from our website.
Are prices fixed/negotiable?
All of our prices are fixed and non-negotiable. At Toy Beat, we do our best to offer the most competitive pricing possible for our items. Hence, we are unable not offer any further discounts for bulk orders.
In the case where by there is a drastic fluctuation of Currency Exchange Rates triggered by catastrophic global events such as financial industry collapse, geo political circumstances or stock market collapse etc we may alter the prices at our own discretion. However, Toy Beat will honour the prices for all confirmed orders.
How long can Toy Beat keep my purchases?
Kindly arrange for collection or delivery within 14 days for both in store items upon purchase and/or upon item arrival of pre-ordered items. Any orders that we have not receive delivery instructions for will be considered as abandoned. Toy Beat has the right to void your order without further notice.
What is Toy Beat’s return/exchange policy?
We kindly ask that all customers to check the item(s) they have bought on the spot if possible with our staff when collected/delivered. If not, please contact us as soon as possible.
Our return/exchange policy is as follows:
- Returns and exchanged to be made within 3 days
- Product(s) has to be in its original, undamaged packaging with the unbroken factory seal(s)
- Receipt to be presented for verification purposes
Do note we do not offer exchanges or refunds for common and known irregularities that should not be considered as defects. They include but are not limited to the following:
- Paint application issues such as minor stains or smudges
- Inconsistencies between the prototype shown in product images and the actual product
- Item packaging damaged caused by goods transit and/or postal services
- Manufacturing defect or Quality Control (QC) issues
In the case where we are required to provide you with a refund for your cancelled/returned order please note that:
- We do not refund any difference in exchange rates from the time the credit card on your account has been charged to the time you receive your refund; and
- We are not responsible for reimbursing you for any conversions fees or bank charges you may incur.
- We do not refund any fees, such as Paypal charges, that may be incurred as a result of the transaction(s) for your order
How does the Beat system work?
The Beat system is a legitimate point accrual system. Beats are points awarded for purchases at Toy Beat. The amount and rate of points earned may be differ for each item. Beats accrued could be used to offset your future transactions. The conversion is simple, 1 Beats = SGD 1.

We offer the following payment options.
Local Bank Transfer. Customer could transfer us the money to our bank at:

What delivery options are available?
For all local deliveries, our staff will contact you immediately regarding delivery date, time and location when your order is ready for delivery.
Deliveries: All deliveries will be at a fixed rate of $5 regardless of the number of items. For Jurong Industrial Area, Ocean Drive (Sentosa) and Tuas, additional delivery charges will apply.
Self-Collection: Toy Beat also provide self-collection services at these two locations at these specific timings.

- Tai Seng MRT – 7.00pm
Does Toy Beat provide international shipping?
Yes, Toy Beat does provide international shipping. After the items have been checked out and payment is made, our staff will contact you regarding the preferred form of international shipping. Once method of shipping is confirmed, we will then send you an additional invoice for payment of your chosen courier option.
Only after the relevant courier services are paid, your items will be shipped.
For all international shipping, a tracking number will be provided.
Combined shipping is available upon request.
Toy Beat will not be able to do international shipping for certain items due to region restriction by distributors. For these item(s), a “no international shipping” description will be placed in those items’ description.

- Singapore Post Speedpost EMS: varies from 1 to 7 working days
- Singapore Post Air Parcel: varies from 7 to 60 working days
- Singapore Post Air Small Registered Parcel: varies from 7 to 60 working days
How does combined shipping work?
Customers can combine a mix cart (in store and pre-order items) order with the option of only self-collecting or delivered when all the items have arrived.

Are your items authentic?
All items at Toy Beat are new and authentic.
Note: For Japanese related figures, Toy Beat only retail the Japanese Edition.
Can you let me know when an item I want is back in stock?
All item rereleases can be found upon notification on our Facebook page.
However, do note that sale of an item can reopen without any prior notification in case more stocks become available. Hence do check back on our website often for any updates.
Why is my order cancelled?
- We are unable to contact you despite multiple attempts.
Please check your email setting and make sure that you are able to receive emails from our domain (toybeat.sg) without being blocked by spam filters, etc.
- Your order has exceeded store Purchase Limits.
To protect all customers and ensure that everyone have a fair chance of purchasing the items they want, a Purchase Limit is placed for high-demand items.
- The product’s release has been cancelled by the manufacturers or distributors
In such an event, we will notify all affected customers. Such cases are beyond Toy Beat’s control and we seek your kind understanding on this matter.
- We are unable to accept orders from you.
We are unable to accept orders from accounts that have ongoing unsettled dispute(s). Flagged accounts due multiple infringements such as multiple order cancellations, we are also unable accept orders from such accounts.
